The team at Kinder Care comprises of many dedicated teachers and staff. It also seats an array of academicians who support us as the board of developers of policy and curriculum. A few of the key members are mentioned here with:

Mrs Gayatri Nangia, Director

The founder member of the parent school, she holds over 25 years of experience in operating a playschool with adherence to the ISO standards. Mrs Nangia has designed and compiled all the course material and the structural framework of the Operations Manual. She is powerhouse of ideas and positive energy, the guiding light of the school.

Mrs Archana Tandon, Principal & Training Head

Currently heading the school at Gurgaon and in charge of growth operations and training in Northern Region Mrs Tandon is always willing and open to experiment and grow. Her past experience of working with Springdales School, Delhi and heading the Air Force School, Gwalior allows her to keep a great vision and run the school professionally. Her compassion and charm make her a favorite with all parents and children.

Mrs Niharika Nangia, Franchising Head

Educated at graduate in Economics (BA Economics, Sri Ram College of Commerce), and an MBA (Finance & HR) she heads the franchising initiative of the school. She has a great passion for children and education. Her past experience in the area of consultancy (Hewitt Associates and CI) and IT & Finance Manager (TEIL) brings experience of managing great initiatives with a strong database support and structure. She is also a certified Yoga instructor (Sivananda Ashram, Neyyar Dam)

Mrs Poonam Soni, Vice Principal

Working as Vice Principal, Kinder Care, Poonam Soni has the passion to nurture the uniqueness of each child. She also held the position of Vice Principal with Convent School. Her wish to become instrumental in optimal growth of young kids has made her innovate and integrate new ways for overall development of preschoolers.
